Development Goals
From birth, children develop through their interactions with people and exploration of the world around them.
At Horn End we recognise the "Holistic" nature of development and encourage children to learn through play.
We use the government framework entitled "Birth to Three matters" when planning our curriculum for babies and toddlers.
Our curriculum focuses on the child and identifies four aspects of development.
These are:
- A strong child
- A skilful communicator
- A competent learner
- A healthy child
