Staff / Keyworkers
We operate a comprehensive keyworker system. This means that your child has a particular member of staff who will be responsible for all aspects of your child's care and education.
They will liaise with you on a daily basis about their development and they will be responsible for all aspects of caring for your child such as at meal times and during potty training, planning and carrying out activities, records of progress etc. This will have benefits for both you and your toddler.
They will feel more secure by having one main carer at nursery and have a close relationship with this individual. This relationship will enable the keyworker to respond sensitively to your child's needs and communicate with you knowledgeably about your child's stage of development.
