Assessments and Observations
We use a tailor-made assessment booklet called trackers 3-5. One of our team would be happy to review this with you when you visit nursery as it contains an in depth record of progress which will follow your child through their pre-school years at nursery.
All areas of development are monitored on a regular basis and your child's keyworker will share any progress with you. On a daily basis keyworkers maintain observation notebooks and constantly assess your child's development in order to plan appropriately.
We liaise with external early years specialists and can access a range of support for children with particular developmental needs.
